ITALIAN COOKING, ENGLISH ACCENT
‘ino is an Italian enoteca in the heart of the Flatiron District, where chef/owner Jamie Kenyon’s English upbringing meets his passion for Italian cooking. Little sibling to Bottino, a West Chelsea fixture since 1997, ‘ino takes both its name and its roots from the restaurant that came before it.
Minimal yet warm, ‘ino brings a distinctly English accent to the Italian table: an impeccable dry gin martini (always stirred, never shaken), sparkling wine from the English countryside alongside a boutique selection of Italian wines by the glass, quartino and bottle, and Kenyon’s playful, occasionally cheeky approach to Italian cooking.
The menu moves easily from a Duck Duck Goose Scotch egg to housemade pastas, pristine fish and thoughtfully sourced meats — Italian at heart, with just enough English wit to give it an unmistakable accent.
Food & Drink
'ino in the Flatrion offers menus that will change seasonally to feature farm-to-table produce, sustainably raised meats, fish and poultry, and of course house-made pastas. Boutique wines and artisan cocktails complete the exxperience.
Classic Italian dishes inflected with hints of chef Jamie Kenyon's English upbringing!
